Relaxing Mother-Daughter trip in a beautiful villa resort

I took my mum to Banyan Tree Bintan resort for her birthday and Mother’s Day celebration, as a mother-daughter trip. She thoroughly enjoyed herself in the relaxing trip. The villa is very nice and spacious with jacuzzi perched on the hill top facing the sea. The staff at their respective roles like Rina, David, Safron and Dinesh, were consistently very nice and attentive, and the requests were swiftly attended to. They provided a nice chocolate cake and made a birthday greeting with leaves on the bed. She enjoyed her meals in Treetop and Saffron, I wished I could remember all their names. Mum enjoyed her spa treatments that she wanted another appointment the next day and the same therapist. My mum left the villa very happy and refreshed, and now she is discussing with me to return again for a next trip.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree Bintan. Besides the excellent resort amenities, the staff / service was absolutely incredible (Sofwan, Kasir,...) and the food was terrific (visited Saffron for the fantastic Thai two nights in a row). Also, the Laguna golf course was superb (and reasonable). The private beach was pristine, and the water warm - we got lucky with the weather. Getting to Bintan from Singapore by ferry was a breeze, and the hotel pickup and drop very smooth. Banyan Tree Bintan is a wonderful weekend getaway for a relaxing break, and we look forward to returning soon!

Amazing Service at Banyan Tree Bintan We had a wonderful time at Banyan Tree Bintan. The people who made my stay extra special were Omaz, Helen, Yudi, Selly, and Ikhsan. They were so nice and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect. I also want to give a shoutout to the trainee Hana and Ais. They were eager to help and made me feel welcome. Zazid, the Front Office Manager, deserves a big thank you for upgrading us to a Two Bedroom Oceanview Infinity Poolvilla for free. It was such a nice surprise! Overall, our experience at Banyan Tree Bintan was fantastic. The views were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. I can't wait to come back!

We visited Banyan Tree Bintan this week and enjoyed the stay very much. The pools are big and facing the ocean of south China Sea. The restaurant offered great food with great taste. The staffs are friendly and look after you very well. I would like to mention Wisnu, Amira, Sendy, Silvia. Thanks all.

Had a lovely and relaxing 3 day/2 night trip to Banyan Tree Bintan. The staff were so friendly and happy to help, particularly Kasir, who always had a smile on his face. Food was slightly pricey so we ate in one night and tried local seafood the 2nd night, which worked well.
